Warranty Claim Procedures

Written notice must be sent by mail within 10 days of the defect(s) appearance.

Mail to:
Pegasus Products Inc.
19 Readington Rd.
Branchburg, NJ 08876

This must include:

  • Pictures of the damaged area(s)
  • A copy of the original invoice
  • A copy of your Pegasus warranty
  • The serial number, located on the back of the vertical wall seam.

Do not forget to include your name, address and telephone number.

We will then evaluate the claim and advise you via mail on what further steps must be taken. We may request the liner to be returned for repair or alteration, by you or your pool dealer. Upon inspection, if the damage is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the liner at our discretion. If the liner cannot be repaired and a replacement is needed, a new liner can be made. The replacement liner cost will be pro-rated as per the table in your warranty. Please note freight is not included. No reimbursement(s) will be given for replacement liner(s) purchased elsewhere. If a replacement liner is made the section of the defective area will need to be cut out and returned to Pegasus.
